Watford pursue Sampdoria midfielder Thorsby: the latest

After two seasons at Sampdoria, Morten Thorsby could be heading to England. In fact, Watford are interested in signing the Norwegian midfielder.

 The clubs are trying to work through the issue with the wages, since Thorsby has some tax advantages in Italy that would ensure his salary wouldn't increase should he move to Watford.

 The clubs are expected to have more conversations soon, in his two seasons at Sampdoria, Thorsby appeared in 60 matches scoring 4 goals.
