Walter Zenga releaved of his duties at Wolverhampton
The loss to Leeds proved to be fatal for Walter Zenga. The former Sampdoria manager was relieved of his duties as Wolverhampton's manager, the club had lost four of their last five matches in the Championship. Zenga lost his job because of a lack of results rather than performances since Wolverhampton had sixteen shots on goal against Leeds and lost due to an own goal. The club's new Chinese owner have a sense of urgency, they let Zenga go after just three months on the job- sporting director Andrea Butti is also considering leaving the club because of the situation.
