Udinese, Samardzic set to arrive in city tonight: signature expected tomorrow

Samardzic to Udinese is now a question of when. The German talent, born in 2002, will arrive in Udine soon after undergoing medical exams in Rome. The signature that will tie him to Udinese is expected to arrive tomorrow.

 The trequartista arrived in Italy today. He arrives for a fee of 3 million, with Leipzig also gaining a percentage of any future sale. His contract will be for five seasons. Samardzic also holds Serbian citizenship. Last season he made 9 appearances with Leipzig, creating one assist. Prior to Leipzig, he played for Hertha Berlin and has also been followed in the past by Milan, Juventus and Barcelona.
