 Cagliari are continuing their contact with Nacional Monteviceo for Emiliano Martinez. The Uruguayian would take up an extra-EU spot but the club could still sign him. Martinez has collected 46 appearances and 1 goal with Nacional. He is a midfielder, but he can also play as mezzala.
