Tottenham, Perisic close to return to Hajduk Split

Ivan Perisic's adventure at Tottenham could end after just one year. In fact, the Croatian full-back is close to returning to Hajduk Split, the club where he grew up.

The Croatian full-back should terminate his contract with Tottenham and then go to Croatia in the next few days. Although he grew up at Hajduk, Perisic has no appearance in the Croatian league. The 1989 born, in fact, left Croatia when he was still in the youth team of Hajduk Split to move to Sochaux.

Perisic moved to Tottenham last summer on a free transfer after deciding not to renew his contract with Inter. With the Spurs shirt, the Croatian totaled 44 appearances in all competitions, scored just one goal and provided 12 assists for his teammates.
