Tottenham in ongoing talks with Conte for coach, Paratici could join him as sporting director

Tottenham is making Antonio Conte the priority to become their new coach. Contacts between the former Inter coach and the London club are ongoing as the sides look to find an agreement.

At the moment the difference between Conte's request and Spurs' offer is around €3m.

Among Tottenham's coaching candidates, Conte has the highest salary: the club must increase their offer to try to win the Italian's signature.

Tottenham could have an all-Italian staff with Fabio Paratici, proposed to take over as sporting director, in contact some time ago with the club. The ex-director at Juventus is free after his contract with the bianconeri expired.
