Tottenham closing in on Conte after Espirito Santo’s sacking

Nuno Espirito's journey at Spurs officially came to an end today, the loss to Manchester United was decisive for the Portuguese coach.

 Spurs are now closing in on Antonio Conte, who is the top pick to become their new manager, the parties are working on a year and half contract. Should the remaining details be addressed, Conte could arrive in London today to close the deal.

 Conte recently won the Serie A title at Inter and previously coached in the Premier League at Chelsea.
