Toronto FC on verge of signing Criscito: the latest

Lorenzo Insigne won't be the only Italian player joining Toronto FC this season. In fact, the MLS club is on the verge of closing the deal to acquire Mimmo Criscito.

 However, unlike Insigne who will join Toronto FC in July, the Genoa defender will leave his current club in March so he can be available early in the MLS season.

 Criscito is expected to sign a two year deal, the signature on the contracts is expected in the coming weeks.
