Torino set to appoint Longo as Mazzarri’s replacement: the details

The heavy loss to Lecce proved fatal for Walter Mazzarri who is set to be replaced as Torino's manager by Moreno Longo. The Frosinone manager has reached an agreement with his current contract on the rescinding of his contract, the federation is expected to approve this transaction shortly.

Longo is expected to sign a contract through the end of the season with Torino, this will be a return to the granata for him since he previously managed their Primavera team. Longo is expected to lead his first training session tomorrow.
