Tommasi: "We hope for the league to come back between May and June. EURO 2020 must be postponed."

President of the Italian Football Players' Association Damiano Tommassi made several statements to Rai 2 on the suspended season of Serie A, as the nation deals with the coronavirus emergency: "Formula 1 is making calculations, and today have been discussing returning at the end of May. In football whoever is talking about returing on April 5... it's impossible. The players need to stay at home, and we will not stand for calls calling for players to be training in this period. If all goes well, we hope to return between May and June. UEFA is the common link between all of the leagues, they need to help bring our leagues back and let them conclude. And they must postpone the Euros to do that."
