Sampdoria, Ranieri to leave at end of season

Claudio Ranieri is ready to start another chapter. The former Leicester coach has in fact told Sampdoria he won't be returning next season, his last match at club will be on Sunday against Parma.

 Ranieri isn't leaving for financial reasons, he just considers his journey at Sampdoria to be over and is looking for new motivations either in Italy or abroad.

 Ranieri's decision caught Sampdoria by surprise, directors Osti and Pecin have expiring contracts and they may also reconsider their relationship with Sampdoria.
