Sampdoria pursue Giovanni Simeone

Giovanni Simeone could be returning to Liguria after his experience at Cagliari. The former Genoa striker is in fact a transfer target for Sampdoria.

In the last few hours, there have been contacts between Cagliari and Sampdoria, while Ferrero's club has yet to hire their next coach, they are starting to work on next season's squad. They have offered two players as potential exchange pieces: Jankto and Yoshida, but it remains to be determined if they will accept the destination.
