Sampdoria make offer to Zenit for Emiliano Rigoni: the details

Eusebio Di Francesco's requested winger to reinforce his Sampdoria squad is Emiliano Rigoni from Zenit. He's played for Atalanta in the first part of last season, and had a good start with the Nerazzurri especially in the won game against Roma where he scored a brace.

Sampdoria have made a first offer: paid loan of 1m plus a 9m option that would become an obligation to buy under certain conditions.
