Sampdoria, from Obiang deal to pursuits of Pjaca & Tonelli: the latest on the Blucerchiati

After completing the transfer of French forward Gregoire Defrel from Roma, Sampdoria are still very lively on the market. Ferrero's club is closing in on the return of West Ham midfielder Pedro Obiang for the midfield and also working to bolster the squad in other positions.

For the defence the Blucerchiati are making an attempt for Tonelli from Napoli, but a deal seems complicated due to Napoli's asking price, set at 1.5 million for the loan and another 7.5 million to make the deal permanent after one season. For the attack, Sampdoria directors Osti and Sabatini have eyed Juventus's winger Pjaca. The Croatian is evaluating the possibility to join Samp, with Fiorentina also chasing him.
