Sampdoria, Ferrero signs letter of intent to sell to Vialli’s group

Massimo Ferrero is on the verge of selling Sampdoria to a group headed by Gianluca Vialli. News agency ANSA is in fact reporting that Holding Max srl, the Ferrero’s family investment vehicle, have signed a letter of intent to sell Sampdoria to CalcioInvest LLC, a group led by Gianluca Vialli, James Dinan and Alex Knaster. The parties are working to complete the deal in September.
