Sampdoria-Arsenal, negotiation for Torreira continues

Arsenal continue to.pursue Lucas Torreira. The Gunners have identified the Uruguayan player as an ideal addition to their midfield, and while Torreira has a €25 million exit clause, if would have to be paid in one installment. Arsenal are willing increase their offer to €30 million to pay it over multiple years, a solution that would work for Sampdoria.

Arsenal however have yet to reach an agreement on personal terms with the player, at the moment Torreira’s agent’s demands are considered high, so the deal to bring the midfielder to London can not be considered in the closing phase quite yet.
