Sampdoria-Lyon continue to make progress on Andersen deal

Joachim Andersen continues to move closer to a deal with Lyon, after completing an impressive season at Sampdoria which has attracted interest from across Europe's top 5 leagues. The deal to bring the Danish centerback to the French league should be composed of a fee amounting to €25m plus another €5m in add-ons. The deal is nearing the finish line, and the sides could close before Thursday. 

Sampdoria have been rebuffed in their approaches for Rocha and Malinovskiy, and have put the brakes on Hurtado from Gimnasia after the meeting between the blucerchiati directors and the Argentine club.
