Salernitana-Ribery: agreement in principle reached between the sides

Salernitana is moving closer to landing their big fish on the transfer market. Franck Ribéry has agreed in principle with the club, who now must only wait several days before being able to meet with him and finalize his wages.

Ribéry, currently in Lausanne, is set to arrive in Napoli monday morning and will undergo medicals in Salerno in the hours following. Salernitana wants to present him at the Arechi but before anything the details must all be finalized.

The ex-Fiorentina is seeing family in Munich before making the final decision about his dstination, but at the moment the probabilities are high that he will complete his move to Salerno.

Il suo nuovo contratto con la Salernitana (di un anno, con opzione sul secondo) supererebbe il milione e mezzo a stagione tra parte fissa e bonus. Ribéry e la Serie A: non dovrebbe essere ancora finita. 

His new contract with Salernitana (one year, with option for the second) shoud exceed €1.5 million per season after taxes including bonuses. Ribery will soon move to his second club in Serie A.
