Roma to make decision on future manager by the end of next week: the latest

Bologna's Sinisa Mihajlovic, FC Shakhtar Donetsk's Paulo Fonseca, or Sassuolo's Roberto De Zerbi. 

Roma are currently deciding which of these three managers will be the one to lead Roma forward; a decision should be made by Tuesday of next week, confirming who will sit on the Giallorossi bench for next season. The club favorite, with Sporting Director Gianluca Petrachi in the front row, is Mihajlovic, but the Serbian's past with Lazio has lead to unpopularity amongst the fans, which is holding back an agreement.

Next in line is said to be Fonseca, a profile that attracts interest for his technical ability at managing a side. However, there is the factor of not knowing the Serie A that holds Roma back; they are afraid of repeating past mistakes, which was stressed again today by President James Pallotta.

Finally De Zerbi, the Italian solution, who has now overtaken Giampaolo. Fun and offensive play, young and carefree, he is ready to be a part of this new project in Rome.
