Roma, Rui Patricio deal to be closed by Sunday & strategy for Xhaka

After today's introductory press conference for Jose' Mourinho, the focus at Roma is now on the squad. Rui Patricio's arrival is down to the final details after the agreement was previously reached with his agent Mendes. The keeper will arrive for €11 million and will return from his vacation a week early to head to the retreat at Algarve.

 On the Xhaka front, the strategy is to wait for Arsenal to sign a midfielder since the giallorossi already have an agreement with the Swiss international. Ruben Navas is the Gunners top target since Locatelli wants to wait for Juventus.
