Roma, Florenzi renews his contract until 2023

Alessandro Florenzi and Roma will continue together, it is now official. He has renewed his contract for another five years, therefore until 2023. A choice from the heart fom the vice-captain of the Roma squad, a choice that demonstrates his strong attachment to the giallorossi. Here is the company's announcement.

"AS Roma are delighted to announce that Alessandro Florenzi has signed a long-term contract extension with the club. The 27-year-old, a product of the club’s academy system, has agreed to a new contract that will run until 30 June 2023. Now the club’s vice-captain, Florenzi made his debut for the Giallorossi during the 2010-11 season. After a season on loan at Crotone, he returned to the club ahead of the 2012-13 campaign and has been a regular presence every since. To date Florenzi has made 222 appearances for the club in all competition, scoring 25 goals."
