Roma-Florenzi move closer to agreement on extension

After Radja Nainggolan’s departure, Roma are working on retaining one of their key players. The giallorossi are in fact close to reaching an agreement with Alessandro Florenzi on a contract extension after a positive meeting with the right back’s agent Lucci- Roma’s new offer is close to €3 million net of taxes plus bonuses.

While Florenzi has better offers in the €4 million ranged, he has a strong bond to the club and his hometown. It will likely take just another small sacrifice for Roma to retain a key player
