Roma, Di Francesco: “We lacked the awareness to prevent the goal. Schick? I want to be positive and not focus on the missed opportunity."
Roma's outing Saturday ended in defeat as Juventus won the match 1-0. The giallorossi failed to score a goal in the match, and again allowed a goal from a deal ball situation. Despite a great chance to equalize coming from Schick in the last bits of action in the match, Roma dropped all three points to their Turin rivals. Afterwards, Eusebio Di Francesco gave some thoughts to Sky Sport: “I didn't like how we started the match, that could be because of the opponent’s play or becuase of us. But then I thought we played well and created some dangerous chances in front of the goal. But the goal we conceded was again from a dead ball situation, and that has to be something we are aware of against physical teams. Schick? I don’t want to force him to relive the chance he had, I want us to keep positive. The 4-3-3 formation worked and I thought we created chances with it, there is also the 4-2-4 formation I have used but I decided not to change”
