Roma, deal between Alisson-Real Madrid. Missing only agreement between clubs: the latest
Alisson Becker's future is starting to be defined. The Brazilian goalkeeper had initial contacts with Real Madrid, who have shown a willingness to reach a deal with Roma. Meanwhile, the Spanish club found a deal with the player for a five year contract. There is a need to find a starting point for the two clubs. Real's first offer is 55 million euros plus bonuses for a total of 60 million euros, but Roma is valuing him at 80 million euros. Real Madrid will make their first official offer next week worth 60 million euros plus bonus, but it may not be enough. As there is an agreement between Alisson and Real Madrid and that President Florentino Perez wants him at all cost, the move could be concluding regardless of the difference is valuations.
The Spanish club are also following an alternative in the form of Thibaut Courtois, but Chelsea have already rejected an offer worth 40 million euros. The background negotiations regarding Alisson are curious: Roma have rejected an intermediary from Liverpool who offered 50 million plus bonus for the Brazilian and they have not comeback with a follow-up offer.
