Roma-Bruno Peres, only Pallotta's ok is needed to close the deal

On the transfer to Roma from Torino of fullback Bruno Peres, the clubs are working towards the final approvals, and the deal is virtually closed. Torino's president Cairo has accepted all the conditions, the prize slated to return to his club €1m for the loan period and €13.5m for the purchase obligation, along with €1.5m in bonuses and 20% on a future sale of Peres. Now, only Roma's president Pallotta must approve. In the last hours, Watford has tried to enter negotiations for the player, but Walter Mazzarri's club hasn't yet matched Roma's offer. @ZekeTell
