Ranieri: "There are people who need tests more than us. I don't want to rush back."

It's being decided if and when football will resume, but the return to normal is still far away. This impression was confirmed by Sampdoria manager Claudio Ranieri, who spoke on the situation with Corriere della Sera.

"There are still many deceased and infected for us to start again. I wouldn't like the rush, it would make us commit errors. In this moment there are people who need the test swabs more than us. The season will be finished but in the right ways and times. Football is a contact sport and should be the last thing to start again. After such a long break, we'll need at least 6 weeks to ensure that everything is under control."
