PSG, Leonardo: "I cannot promise that Mbappè will renew with PSG."

PSG is preparing for next season while looking to resolve their situation with Neymar, who did not show up to the team's retreat, as well as Mbappè's future. In an interview with Le Parisien, Sporting Director Leonardo wanted to add clarity to the French attacker's future.

"He's a very important player for the club, there's no doubt about that. He's training with a very positive attitude, he's charismatic and everyone loves him. There's no doubt that his renewal is a priority, but I cannot ever promise anything for two reasons: one is that I don't know everyone's willpower and the other is that I cannot promise something that's abstract, I only speak about concrete things. I cannot promise that Mbappè will renew with PSG."
