Perotti could return to play in Italy, Genoa are monitoring

Diego Perotti is back in Italy, and he could return to play there.

 

The ex-Genoa and Roma player spoke several days ago to Calciomercato L'Originale - "I thought about quitting, after my knee injuy took me out, now I would like to return to Italy."

 

 

Perotti was authorized by Fenerbahce to do his rehabilitation at Villa Stuart in Rome, he flew to the city on Thursday to begin his recovery course.

 

 

His contract with Fenerbahce will expire in one year, Genoa is considering the idea of bringing the winger to the club. Perotti spoke as well: "My son was born in Genoa. That city is a part of my family. I have a contract for one year with Fenerbahce, but Italy remains Italy, in my heart. There are no certainties in football, but I would like to return."
