Pellegri heading to Torino, but not from Milan: the latest

Torino are very active on the transfer market and are still searching for a new striker. The name that has been circulating is Pietro Pellegri, who is currently on loan at Milan from Monaco.

Milan was looking to purchase Pellegri outright, but the situation has changed. 

 Monaco are not willing to completely rid themselves of Pellegri and they are proposing the idea of rescinding Milan's loan and then loan the player to Torino. Milan made an offer to purchase the player outright but the negotiations were not successful. Pellegri had interest from other Serie A clubs, but Torino overtook the competition.
