Parma make progress in pursuit of Nice's Cyprien

Parma are closing in on the signing of Wylan Cyprien from Nice. The Gialloblu have in fact submitted a new bid to the French club, as they are looking to bring in some reinforcements to Liverani's midfield.

Parma are waiting for Nice's response to their offer for the Frenchman, who could be one of the first signings made by new owner Kyle Krause.
