Parma interested in midfielder Manuel Fernandes

Parma continues to target experience as they looks to strengthen their roster heading into next season. Among their objectives is Manuel Fernandes, class of 1986 midfielder for Lokomotiv Moscow. He appeared 29 times for the Russian squad this past season, who arrived second in the league to Zenit. 

Italy seems to be in his destiny. During the winter market in 2010, he was close to singing with Inter and began his medical examinations with the club. He failed the tests, however, and returned to Valencia when the deal fell through.
