Napoli unlocks negotiations for Everton's Davy Klaassen

A possible incoming transfer for Napoli: they are trying to unlock negotiations for Klaassen after a back and forth over image rights. It will a loan with an option to buy. The player will arrive from Everton, where he transferred to in the summer. Contacts are underway between the clubs. Napoli have wanted him since his Ajax days and they may realize their dream during this transfer window. The player hasn't played since September 23 in the Premier League and his last appearance was in the Europa League on December 7.
