Napoli make inquiry for Mitrovic & Bailey: the latest

Napoli is getting a jump start on the January transfer window during the international break. The partenopei are interested in another Genk player after previously completing the deal for Koulibaly, their new target is Leon Bailey. Sporting director Giuntoli contacted the Jamaican player's entourage a few months ago and will now work with Genk despite the issues between the clubs. Bailey just turned 19 and is considered a long term prospect.

To replace the injured Milik, the top names are still Pavoletti and Zaza, Napoli will try to sign one of them until the end. The option of signing Aleksander Mitrovic is however off the table as Benitez' club is asking for between €25-30 million. For the wingback position the top names remain Matteo Darmian and Mattia De Sciglio since Hoffeinheim's Jeremy Toljan doesn't convince the partenopei.
