Napoli-Lazio, Ancelotti’s expected starting lineup

Carlo Ancelotti has fielded numerous different lineups since replacing Maurizio Sarri at Napoli and tonight against Lazio, he’ll be forced to get quite creative. Koulibaly, Allan and Insigne are all suspended while captain Hamsik is out with an injury which will force Ancelotti to start Diawara and go with an offensive tandem of Milik and Mertens.
