Napoli, Gattuso: "I expect more from Insigne. Osimhen is suffering in this moment"
Napoli next face AZ Alkmaar in their Europa League group, with the azzurri team leading the standings with 9 points through the first 4 matches. Coach Gennaro Gattuso spoke to Sky Sport ahead of the match to preview the encounter: "Their team is strong technically and we cannot permit ourselves to be lazy. Quality wins some matches, but not all. If you want to win it takes head and heart. We play together in good and bad, it will be a tough match tomorrow. I haven't decided on a formation, I will take things into consideration."
"Insigne? I expect more from him. He is the captain of this team, he is 29 years old, and he must up his game. I hound him every day. He can improve over many aspects. Osimhen? It bothers me to see him mad and not smiling. He is upset and that is normal. We must ease him back in, we hoep he will heal as quickly as possible. Mertens pushes and helps his teammates even when his play is spotty. He knows that he hasn't been scoring but he is critical for our team spirit. He helps keep us together and he should improve."
