Napoli, deal reached with Fenerbahce for Elmas

Napoli are set to add Elif Elmas from Fenerbahce after significant steps ahead were taken in the past few hours. The deal should close for around €15m-16m plus add-ons. There are the final details to complete with the midfielder's agent, but the sides should be ready to finalize by Sunday. After Napoli's representative made the trip to Turkey, the deal for the Macedonian was pushed to completion.
