Napoli, continued negotiations for Rulli: the latest

Napoli are continuing negotiations with Real Sociedad for Geronimo Rulli. They would like for the Argentine goalie to be the heir to Pepe Reina, starting with the 2018-2019 season. In fact, they want him to join the squad so he could learn from the Spaniard for one year before taking the reigns himself.

Napoli are counting on the player's willingness to join them in order to make the transfer happen. They do not want to pay the full 40 million euro release clause in his contract and would like to spend less to take him from the Spanish club.
