Napoli, Ancelotti: "Sending a message to the league? No, it's too early. We are working on consistency"
Napoli defeated Udinese 3-0, and moved within four points of Juventus in the standings. The partenopei got the result on the road, and their coach, Carlo Ancelotti, reacted to Sky Sport about the meaning of the victory: "Tough match, the result could give the sense of an easy match, but it was a battle up until the penalty. We had trouble during the beginning of the second half, when we lost our rhythm. These three points are important ones. The last three matches we have not allowed a goal, that is a positive thing. Does this send a message to the league? In reality being 6 or 4 points back changes little, we are still behind. We are having more continuity in our team, this is important, but it's still too early to be doing math, to get too high or too low watching how others play. I don't know if Juve's draw registered with our players: we were already in warmups and we knew, but I have seen us focused since yesterday. But obviously everyone, except Juve's fans, are hoping that the league this is year is more open than ever."
