MLS, Gilardino close to reaching agreement with Montreal Impact

After a previous experience in China, Alberto Gilardino could add playing in MLS to his impressive resume. The World Cup winning striker is currently a free agent, he recently arrived in Canada to begin practicing with the Montreal Impact- and now Gilardino is close to reaching an agreement with Joey Saputo's club on a deal through December of 2017 when the current MLS season ends. Last season Gilardino played for Empoli and Pescara, he could now start next chapter of his career in Canada.
