Arkadiusz Milik is set to fly to Saint Moritz to undergo the first part of his medical ahead of his move to Roma from Napoli.

The player, who will take the medical in a clinic suggested to him by Roma's new owners, has already said 'yes' to the Giallorossi's offer (five-year deal at €5 million after tax) and now he has to wait for the greenlight from the doctors and also resolve the final beaurocratic details with Napoli before officially joining Roma.

The two clubs have reached an agreement for a loan with forced option to buy - with Milik signing a one-year contract extension to make the deal possible - for a total fee of €25 million (€3 million for the loan, forced option to buy set at €15 million and additional €7 million in add-ons).

Milik's arrival will open the door to the exit of Dzeko, who will join Juventus for €15 million and sign a 2-year deal with the Bianconeri valued €7.5 million per year after tax.
