Milan presented first offer for Nacional's Matias Viña: the latest

Milan continue to makes move on the market and after the news that Rodriguez is close in joining PSV, they looking for a replacement. The Rossoneri directors are looking at Matias Vina, born in 1997, from Nacional and the Uruguay national team. Milan have presented an offer to bring him to Italy right away worth 6.5-7 million euros plus 20% of the future fee. At the moment, Nacional is asking for another effort from Milan.
