Milan, optimistic they can sign Ibrahimovic before Monday’s retreat

Milan are waiting for Zlatan Ibrahimovic's final answer. The Swedish striker has been negotiating a contract extension and the rossoneri have made a new proposal as they are hoping to have Ibrahimovic join their retreat which is scheduled to start on Monday.

There's optimism the deal will be reached, Ibrahimovic is considered a fundamental part of the project as demonstrated by the fact he was part of the presentation for the third kit, it will all be up to him. Last season he scored 10 goals in 18 matches after his return to Italy.
