Milan officially completes a deal for Kessie

The deal has been completed for some time, but now it has become official: Franck Kessie is a Milan player. The Ivorian midfielder's purchase was announced on AC Milan's twitter account: "AC Milan signed Franck Kessie from Atalanta on a two year loan with obligation to buy."
