After the defeat in the first round of games against Udinese, Milan have managed to bounce back and get two wins in a row with Brescia and Hellas Verona. The Rossoneri will now face their toughest challenge yet, as they prepare to play Inter at San Siro on Saturday.

"We want to play well and win. The derby is a game of its own, it's crucial. - coach Marco Giampaolo said in the pre-match press conference -  I experienced many derby games in Genova and I know what that means for the city. We have to be focused and excited, not nervous. I want my players to be serene. We face a strong opponent, we need to play a top-level match. Conte? I know him well, he is showing his football style. We never played against each other, but I know his philosophy. We hope we can do better than Slavia Prague".

The former Sampdoria boss was then asked about not being favourite and Andrea Conti, who will play tomorrow as right-back in place of Davide Calabria: "There are not such things as predictions for a derby. Conti? He will play tomorrow, it's his big chance. He is training well, he has to improve defensively and he is working hard on it.
