Milan, Fassone heading to China on Monday: Final details to complete the closing
Milan is close to officially passing over in the hands of Sino-Europe Sports. Marco Fassone is planning on travelling to China on Monday, where he will spend the entire week with the new Asian ownership and all the sponsors. This next week will be important to go over any final details. Assuming all goes smoothly, both sides will proceed with the final step of approving the project.
Based on the agreements reached in the initial contract signed August 5th, the closing of the negotiations has to come to an end between the 90th and 120th day from the initial agreement, specifically between the 5th of November and 5th of December. As it stands, it looks as if the closing can be achieved by the 20th of November, just in time for the derby against Inter. Sine-Europe Sports looks to make the derby their first game as Milan owners.
