Milan, deal with Napoli for Rodriguez is off, PSV is again an option

Ricardo Rodriguez will not be joining Napoli from Milan this transfer window. Negotiations were ended when Milan opted not to accept the conditions proposed by Napoli, for a loan with option to buy. Rodriguez previously accepted a move to Fenerbahce, but the deal also fell apart, now the possibility of a move to PSV is back on: the Dutch club made an offer to buy Rodriguez from Milan in recent days.
