Milan, deal done for Chelsea's Tomori, while Junior Firpo pursuit called off

Milan is approaching the closing stages of the deal to bring in Chelsea's Fikayo Tomori, after completing deals for Meité and Mandzukic, while the club sits atop Serie A. The clubs are exchanging final documentation, Milan will look to arrange his arrival in the city on Thursday evening for his medicals so he can join the first team right away.

Regarding Barcelona's Junior Firpo: the deal was not workable, Milan has pulled back. The rossoneri could opt not to add a fullback with four currently in the squad. The deal has been completely blocked, there will be no further talks. Barcelona was not in a position to find a replacement for him, while the player, for his part, rejected the move.
