Milan's newly made Sporting Director Massimo Mirabelli and CEO Mario Fassone are going to England. The pair will be at Stanford Bridge on Saturday to watch Chelsea-Leicester. Are they going to scout Fabregas for a winter transfer? No, that is not the plan. It's the first time going out in public for the pair, and they were invited to watch Conte and his team from the stands.
