Milan, from Corona to Favre & Messias: the latest

Milan continue to look for new additions for Pioli's squad. After closing the deal with Chelsea for Bakayoko, the rossoneri are looking for another midfielder.

 The main target is Jesus Corona, but the negotiation with Porto was complicated even before the two teams were drawn into the same Champions League group- the clubs are far apart with Milan offering €10 million and Porto asking for €17 million, although deal could be closed. The rossoneri have an agreement with the player but they will need to increase their bid to convince Porto.

 The alternatives are Crotone's Messias and Brest's Favre. Torino are also actively pursuing Messias after meeting with Crotone in Milano recently, while Bayern Munich and Borussia Dortmund are also following Favre who prefers to join Milan, although an official offer has yet to be made at his club.
