Mertens ready to reduce wages to stay at Napoli

Napoli haven't extended Dries Mertens' contract, but the Belgian is willing to stay at all costs and he is ready to accept a cut in pay worth 500,000 euros. It remains to be seen if this sacrifice brings him closer to Napoli's offer. 

 Napoli remains the priority for Mertens and he has rejected offer from the teams that were interested in him.
